Independents United is a shop run by Sofia, Rosalie, Sadie and Sahra.

Please read the following with great care:

1. When the customer comes first, the customer will last.
2. We post out orders every Wednesday. If you need it more urgently, email us. 
3. In the world of internet customer service, it's important to remember your competitor is only one mouse click away. 
4. If you would like to stock our stuff, email us. 
5. The thing women have yet to learn is nobody gives you power. You just take it.
   
6. "The forms our work takes rarely generate sellable objects, and when they do, the results are hard to distribute. Many other artists are in the same boat. We are creating an online store to better circulate our own published work and to begin highlighting and distributing the work of our peers. None of this will create a financial windfall but the history of our practice has been to work and experiment at our own pace, with people we care about on terms we can live with."
